The southwesterly view provides for gorgeous sunsets. In the evening the setting sun creates a beautiful golden glow off the granite outcroppings of the points and peninsulas along the bay.

QUIET, PRIVATE and UNSPOILED NATURE

Sea Ledges is located almost at the very end of Rays Point Peninsula, which juts out into the Bay of Maine about 5 1/2 miles. While you will see a few lobster boats and sailboats throughout the day, most of the activity comes from the sea gulls, terns, and bald eagles.

The home is secluded on a quiet peninsula, yet you have the conveniences of a small service town easily accessible.
